Description:
advantages of FSF birch plywood:
- high firmness, shockproofness
- stability of firmness characteristics
- high surface hardness, determinant attrition rate and durable use.
- regular mechanical resistance on the surface and resistance to different influences
- minimal expansion by humid influences - high water-resistance
- minimal expansion by high temperature – warmth resistance (this value is even higher than those for metals and plastics as well)
- high density what is a sign of safe assembly
- simple to manufacture
- good surface quality improved by grinding and polishing
- beautiful grain
- working temperature conditions from : - 200 degrees centigrade - +120 degrees centigrade, (less inflammability than by solid wood).
Birch plywood is used by high firmness where firmness values are very important. The high technical properties of the birch wood in connection with the multilayer structure provide an exceptional plywood firmness. Available in different sizes for use in any area you like.

Description:
laminated plywood – as source material for plywood stands the FSF birch plywood, which is two-sided covered with a special foil. It provides a firm and impenetrable surface. Laminated plywood distinguishes high attrition rate and firmness, high water-resistance, resistance to chemical substances, aggressive influences and washing stuffs and detergents, reliability. The multilayer birch wood provides the exclusive firmness. The plywood outside layers are covered with foils. A standard protection layer is dark brown, has a density of 120 g/m².
Surfaces with high attrition rate (thanks to a multilayer standard foil covering) are also possible (240 g/m2, 440 g/m2).
The using of the birch wood as raw material for the furniture production provides thoroughly firmness parameters of finished products.
|
Description:
the plywood is bonded with carbamide resin. Good for interior use. Water-resistant carbamide resin. The plywood sorts go according the number of knots in wood per 1m² of the surface.

Using spheres: valid both for interior and exterior use; for use in each weather and climatic conditions even boiling. Thanks to its characteristics the birch plywood is in the first place in great demand as a heavy/ beam construction element, also in wall plates, floors, transport ceilings and mechanical engineering. Suitable for industrial engineering, furniture production, interior decoration, automobile, carriage and ship engineering, manufacturing of advertising signs and barriers, hoardings, roofing works and packing.
